SHIPPING

DESSON currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

• Standard Tracked Shipping: $6.99 for orders under $80.
• Free Standard Tracked Shipping: available for orders of $80 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

After dispatch, delivery from our warehouse in China to the United States typically takes 2–4 weeks. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or peak shopping periods can extend delivery to as long as 6 weeks in uncommon cases.

When your order ships, we will email tracking information to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@dessonco.com as soon as possible if an address correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
