If a measurement is not listed, ask us before ordering; do not estimate it from a photograph.

Read the description and Specifications on the individual product page. Lens appearance, tint and frame shape do not establish a performance feature. If a lens feature or material is not stated for the frame you want, contact us for confirmation rather than assuming it applies to every DESSON style.

Browse the collection, open the product page and check the available details, dimensions and price. Select any available options, add the item to your cart, then review your delivery address and checkout total. Read the shipping and return information before placing the order. If a missing detail affects your choice, ask us first.

Order processing normally takes 2–5 business days. After dispatch from our warehouse in China, delivery to the United States typically takes 2–4 weeks. Delays can extend delivery to as long as 6 weeks in uncommon cases. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; see the full shipping information before ordering for a time-sensitive occasion.

We email tracking information when your order ships. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number and checkout email. For an address correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Email us with your order number and the reason for your request within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. Eligibility, item-condition requirements, exclusions and return-shipping costs are explained in our return and exchange policy.

Keep the item and packaging, and email your order number with clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review the request and advise the next steps. Please do not attempt to repair a damaged frame before contacting us.
